Bug ID: 368365 Summary: git master:2016-09-07: Speed effects cannot be grouped Product: kdenlive Version: unspecified Platform: Compiled Sources OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: evert.vors...@yandex.com I have added the speed effect to a couple of clips, and wanted to group them together with some audio. The results were quite surprising. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add the speed effect to a clip, and speed it up. 2. Do the same for another clip, and add some audio to the timeline. 3. Group the clips together 4. Play the group in the Project monitor. (It may be necessary to save and restore first) Actual Results: The speed effect have been reset to 100% on all the clips with the speed effect, and the clips truncated to match the length of the clip when it was sped up. Expected Results: Speed effect to persist in groups. Have you given any thought to my suggestion of implementing the speed effect as a clip job with an .mlt file output? This would make all the bugs with the speed effect disappear. I know it will be a little more difficult to apply, but that is a small price for getting something one can actually work with. It may even be possible to make the .mlt file generation happen in the background, so that the workflow is not affected. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
