OBSERVED RESULT See the attached video ADDITONAL INFORMATION This seems to have been introduced with the fix of bug 458865 and has already been mentioned there, but since this is not the same issue I'm opening a new report. This happens both for application installed through the package manager, as well as flatpaks. Setting the cursor theme from the system settings fixes the issue for the active session, but the issue reappears when restarting.
