SUUMARY
We can adjust the volume level by scrolling on top of the sliders of plasma-pa
applet.
But we cannot do the same with the sliders in Audio KCM.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Audio KCM
2. hover over any slider
3. scroll up/down
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
volume level changes
