Oddly, I can still easily reproduce it. Tried the latest Neon Unstable and
Testing builds in a VM as well as the latest Manjaro Plasma daily build in live
boot (as it includes the proprietary NVIDIA driver OOB), same result in all of
them. Took the exact same steps as listed in comment 3.
