STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. use Kicker as apps menu
3. open and maximize any app
4. open Kicker
OBSERVED RESULT
Kicker does not overlap the focused window. The focused window shrinks
horizontally instead.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kicker should overlap the focused window
