Noticed this happening myself so I can confirm this. It only happens when
Liquify is in Fast preview mode. Changed the title of the bug report to be more
descriptive.
Reproduction steps in text:
1. Make strokes with airbrush
2. Select Transform Tool and select Liquify mode.
3. Set Preview mode to Fast.
4. Hover cursor over airbrush area.
