Bug ID: 459521 Summary: Resizing to very small window size leads to broken interface Classification: Applications Product: kalendar Version: 22.08.1 Platform: Neon OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: claudio.cam...@gmail.com Reporter: sephiroth...@hotmail.it CC: c...@carlschwan.eu Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 152332 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=152332&action=edit Screenshot of the issue SUMMARY Making Kalendar's window very narrow makes the interface completely broken. The window is half-filled with the event drawer when it is open. When it is not open, the button that opens it covers the other buttons such as "day" in the week view, making them inaccessible. This is yet another reason (together with bug 455792) why I think using this button is bad UX and UI design and why it should be removed in favour of better solutions. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Resize the window to the smallest allowed width. OBSERVED RESULT The interface is broken. EXPECTED RESULT The interface is not broken. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux: KDE neon KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0 Qt Version: 5.15.5 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
