after updates - on Neon testing, cannot log into a wayland session. screen
flickers slightly then returns to SDDM. X11 session is fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. log into SDDM

OBSERVED RESULT
login does not work, and returns to SDDM without reporting an error.
EXPECTED RESULT
login should open a plasma wayland session.

Looking through the log seems to be a xdg-desktop-portal issue.
