SUMMARY
Currently I have ~60 window decorations installed on my system. Scrolling all
these window decorations is extremely slow, mainly on Wayland session.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have many window decorations installed on your system
2. open Window Decorations KCM
3. scroll the window decorations list
OBSERVED RESULT
extremely slow scrolling
EXPECTED RESULT
normal scrolling
