STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. open Konsole
3. open Kickoff
4. drag a favorite app to Konsole
OBSERVED RESULT
mouse pointer changes to 'not allowed' mode while I drag the favorite app over
Konsole despite we are allowed to drop the favorite app on Konsole
EXPECTED RESULT
mouse pointer in 'allowed' mode
