This is on a freshly installed Kate.
I was able to open a Rust project and the LSP booted up and started working.
But as soon as I tried to configure Kate (again, in the fresh install, first
time run), things broke.
I should have tested if on a fresh install I could have accessed either the
Filesystem or the Configure Kate actions, apologies!
The crash can be reproduced every time.
