STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. `touch foo.zip` in the directory A
2. In Chrome browser, open Open File Dialog to pick file, and enter directory A
3. Single click foo.zip
OBSERVED RESULT
Open File Dialog window freezes
EXPECTED RESULT
nothing happens
