SUMMARY
Kdenlive used to remember the file output directory on the next launch after
you've last rendered in that directory
which is very convenient for saving a few clicks keeping things organized. Now,
after an update about one or two
months ago, it no longer remembers my chosen output directory and always
reverts back to the original, default
output directory upon every launch as if Kdenlive was launched with a fresh
config file.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the render dialog as if you're going to render a project.
2. Set your favorite file output directory in the output directory bar.
3. Render a project.
4. Close Kdenlive.
5. Launch Kdenlive and check output directory in the render dialog.
OBSERVED RESULT
User's chosen output directory has reverted back to the default directory.
EXPECTED RESULT
User's chosen output directory should be remembered for subsequent launches.
