Since the MR [1] to add a third theme to the Quick settings, has been declined
so far, another possible approach which comes to my mind is to let _two_ global
themes to be declared as `default` for `dark` respectively `bright` in the
Global Appearance kcm.
These two `default dark` and `default bright` themes would then be offered in
the e.g. Quick Settings.
By default these were `Breeze` and `Breeze Dark`.
