for how the bt looks, the crash occurred exactly when you turned out the
monitors (or videocard?), and those are the type of monitors that wen you turn
them off/go to sleep the system thinks they have been completely disconnected,
so while sleeping, plasmashell destroyed all of its views and tried to create
new ones on resume.
this still doesn't explain the crash tho
