The migration has some problem from KDE4 to Plasma.
Nothing really difficult to do has moving DB files from older directly to new
one is enough.

In fact move the my recognition.db from .kde4/share/apps/digikam where
digikam4.db file is stored with digiKam 5.x (typically the path set in database
setup page).
