sorry for the late reply. "kio-extras" is installed, version
"4:21.12.3-0ubuntu1".

Is this a build configure switch? I would then assume this is not actually a
KDE bug, but on the maintainer of the Ubuntu package. If he/she is not lurking
here, feel free to close the ticket.
