STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings and click on 'Appearance'
2. open Kickoff and click on your user avatar

OBSERVED RESULT
The column that lists the KCMs under 'Appearance' category unexpectedly remains
visible.

EXPECTED RESULT
Users KCM opens and the column with KCMs under 'Appearance' is not visible
