I can't reproduce the problem with 1.7.0 (from
https://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home%3Achehrlic&package=kdesvn
).
But I can't reproduce it with 1.6.0 from official opensuse repo too. What
exactly did you do? How / what did you add? Was it a local or remote
repository?
Best option would be to update to qt5 version of kdesvn (kdesvn 1.9.95 from
repository above)
