This is a packing issue. You need to have a MLT version that includes the
Glaxnimate module [MLT is a dependency of Kdenlive providing the media
backend]. It seems you installed Kdenlive from the Gentoo distribution
packages, so please report this issue downstream to the the Gentoo package
managers.
You can work around this issue by using the Kdenlive Appimage or Flatpak from
www.kdenlive.org/download, for both it is guaranteed that they contain a MLT
with all features enabled.
