The brush settings panel closes when I click 'import resource' button to open
an image file as a predefined brush tip, and I need to re-open the panel to
continue brush setup.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the brush settings dropdown panel.
2. Move to predefined brush tip tab.
3. Click on 'Import resource' button.
Actual Results:
The brush settings panel closes.
Expected Results:
The panel remains shown.
