Bump.
Also just experienced this annoying problem.
I had to force stop the kdeconnect app to stop the ringing.
I accidentally swiped away the ringing notification and it left me no other
option to stop the ringing.
Perhaps the notification should be a sticky one, to prevent swiping away.
