SUMMARY
When switching windows with ALT+TAB, Kwin sometimes crashes (every 5-10 mins)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hit ALT+TAB

OBSERVED RESULT
KWin crashes and the whole desktop stops responding for a few moments.
Additionally, and this is the very problem, all windows are moved to all
activities, losing their original one.
