This is an issue caused by a bug in the 3rd-party Snap Assist KWin script.
Evidently your system is missing the "pygdbmi" python modue, and this causes it
to crash. You should be able to fix this by installing that module, and you
should also report tihs to the developer because the script shouldn't cause
KWin to crash if it's missing that module.
