When I type localhost in my default browser I get a message:
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
This happens since my latest update/upgrade a few days ago.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try different browsers (same result)
2. Restart laptop, check proxy/firewall settings (same result)
3. Reinstall apache/php (same result)
OBSERVED RESULT
Website functions like apache and php in localhost are not working. Yes they
are installed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Website in localhost functions as usual like before latest update.
