This is caused by https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-83890,which
frustratingly isn't fixed yet. I'll add the normal workaround.

Please file a new bug report for every scrollable view in a QML/Kirigami that
has an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar.
