SUMMARY
If a PDF has a name with double quotes, its preview is not rendered.
For example, the preview is rendered in case the PDF is named
a_b.pdf
but is not rendered if the file is named
a"b".pdf
Additionally, the preview actually disappears if named in that way, either
through dolphin or through the command line.
(This may indicate that the filename string is passed to the shell in a
command, but with quotes wrapped around, which may open a can of worms)
