[lattedock] [Bug 458322] Sometimes a task's icon will be greyed out and clicking on it does not switch focus to the window

I just found out this bug happens when the icon is dragged!

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag an icon from the taskbar
2. It will become greyed out
3. Try to click it, but nothing happens anymore
