That global settings are hard backed into our tool.
That is even compiled into the library as a resource.
No external package can alter this.

We did not always have Fortran support, perhaps you did update the Kate
package.
But beside a Kate package update, nothing will change that.

There is nothing to investigate, this is a json file we bundle as resource
inside the lspplugin .so file.
Please trust us there.
