Right now the Networks page uses a static, unlocalized image of the system
tray. The Discover and System Settings pages just use the app icon.
It would be much cooler if these pages could show a picture of the user's
actual desktop, using the KWin screenshot API, with the picture centered on the
thing we want to highlight (the networks widget, Pinned icons for apps, etc).
