STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Users KCM
2. click on 'Add new user' button
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
the first text field 'Name' is not focused
EXPECTED RESULT
'Name' text field is focused after click on 'Add new user' button, so we can
start to type immediately
