I've stumbled upon this thread: https://krita-artists.org/t/kirta-boot-up-time-increased/45947/45 which discusses this bug having to do with wi-fi. I don't have wi-fi enabled, but unplugging my ethernet cable fixes the slow startup problem for me. It appears a fix is already underway. :) Perhaps Sandra could try to temporarily disable internet and see whether it's the same bug for her too?
