            Bug ID: 458074
Summary: Feature request: File format selection mode for
                    experienced users
           Product: kdenlive
           Version: 22.04.3
          Platform: unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Video Display & Export
          Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org
          Reporter: narcisgar...@gilug.org
  Target Milestone: ---

My request is to allow a different schema than "High definition, Old TV, etc."
when exporting a render to file:
- One side to select container format (MKV, AVI, MP4, VOB, OGM, WM, Picture
files, etc.)
- Other side to select each track format (dynamic per output tracks):
--> video1 (VP9, MPEG2, XviD, FFV, etc.)
--> audio1 (MP3, Opus, OGG, FLAC, PCM, etc.)
--> audio2... (MP3, Opus, OGG, FLAC, PCM, etc.)

With this, when user selects container format, A/V tracks formats be filtered
by compatibility. And/or be able to select A/V tracks formats to filter
compatible containers.

This way experienced user will have easy steps to select what it wants.
