--- Comment #6 from starwarfa...@gmail.com --- I got krita straight from the site. not from some store or steam. the 4.0 series auto updated every time a new version was released. apparently this is not so with the 5.0 version and there was no notification that this would change for any version taken straight from the krita website itself. not specifically your department's oversite since you handle bug issues, but an oversight nonetheless. don't worry about it, not really your problem anyway. you guys in the bug department were not the ones responsible for dropping the ball.
