The Gedit issue is a bug in Gedit itself.
If Grub Customizer uses GTK3, it's a bug in the app. If it uses GTK2 or
WxWidgets or something else, then this is expected because the Breeze GTK theme
only applies to GTK3 and GTK4 apps; applying it to others was just too much of
a maintenance headache and had to be removed.
