STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Global Theme KCM
2. click on Breeze global theme
3. click on 'Choose what to apply...' button
OBSERVED RESULT
pop-up with scroll bar despite the empty space on bottom. Please see the
attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
no scroll bar
