Several other background-ish services also fail to restart in this case:
● plasma-baloorunner.service

● plasma-krunner.service

● plasma-kscreen-osd.service

● plasma-ksmserver.service

● plasma-kwallet-pam.service
Could they all be fixed in a generic way, or would this require something to
specially fix each of them?
