SUMMARY
In plasma-workspace 5.25.4, plasmashell does not start at login
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to plasma-workspace 5.25.4 (everything else can be upgraded
normally)
2. Restart
3. See black screen and cursor (You have to use `kstart5 plasmashell` to start
the plasmashell)
OBSERVED RESULT
Black screen and cursor
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal desktop with toolbars, system tray, etc.

It may be because I disabled systemdboot.
