Basically that tool can give you any perspective you want since it's basically a 3d cube you can rotate around (and move the walls of it if you need something to be further or closer to the point of view). As for the controls, those could be streamlined for Krita. Again, I strongly recommend getting it and trying it out for yourself to see how it work.
