For the digiKam bundle we disable HDRI support in IM : https://invent.kde.org/graphics/digikam/-/blob/master/project/bundles/3rdparty/ext_imagemagick/CMakeLists.txt#L26 It's probably a UPSTREAM bug in IM code.
