So when I shut down or restart my system while a offline vault is open, the
vault is closed when the computer is started the next time but the computer is
still offline. It is easy to fix that by reopening a offline vault and closing
it.
However, if one does not remember that it was due to an offline vault, it is
difficult to fix (I forgot that it was due to that last time, spending a whole
day trying different things which did not work).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a offline vault
2. reboot the computer (without closing the vault)
OBSERVED RESULT
The computer is (still) disconnected from the internet after the reboot,
eventhough the vault is closed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The computer behaves as normal, with access to internet and all.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am using kubuntu 22.04 (updated first from 21.04 then 21.10). This is not the
first time this problem occurred, I can remember it happen up to a year back -
but this time I wasted a whole day fixing it and thus I thought about reporting
it.
