I'm not sure this is a good idea.
Currently when the user tries to create a VPN connection where the relevant
networkmanager package is missing Plasma will tell them to install the relevant
package. That way they know they need to do something to get the wanted
functionality.
If we were to hide the entries that create those kinds of VPNs then they might
assume that the VPN they need can't be added by Plasma. They fact that they
need to install some networkmanager package wouldn't be obvious at all
