Thanks for the data, everyone. Based on what I can see there, you're all
experiencing the same basic issue of connector IDs being volatile, especially
for DisplayPort monitors. This is a design issue that needs to be fixed by
changing the mapping of monitor to desktop to use something more stable. This
work has started to be scoped out, and may optimistically land in Plasma 5.26.
If not that, then 5.27.
