SUMMARY
Since the upgrade to plasma 5.25.3, Ctrl-F7 or clicking on a item in the
icons-only-taskbar uses a blurred background. The corresponding effect has a
checkbox to disable the new function, but unchecking it doesn't seem to change
anything.
