STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. resize and locate pager where desired (top right corner in my case)
2. logout
3. login
OBSERVED RESULT
Pager has moved from the previous (TR) position left (-X) a significant
distance
EXPECTED RESULT
Pager reopens in the position it was prior to logout

Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Leap 15.4
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.96.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Happened in many previous versions, but that was only a few pixels, current
version it is > 100 pixels so requires repositioning on each login. Occurs 100%
of the time
