[plasmashell] [Bug 456458] Cursor keeps disappearing! Disappears when moving from desktop to the taskbar. Changes from a normal 'arrow' to a 'hand' or some other icon. This started with the previous download to the present one(7/7/2022).

Cursor disappearing is getting worse!! When changing applications the computer
locks up! Nothing helps, other than rebooting. Production
has dropped to 50%.
