The work you put into your "plasma-layout" (panels with widgets, starters etc)
can not be saved.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a desktop with plasma. Incl bottom-panel with starters and top panel
with global menu and systemtray
2. Install plasma on another computer
3. Repeat all above steps.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing can be saved.
EXPECTED RESULT
"plasma layout" can be saved an re-used.
Now with the future of latte-dock not so certain, it is perhaps clever to make
a few adjustments to the plasma system.
