SUMMARY
I have a laptop with a touch screen, which I have disabled because I use an
external monitor and I that even if the internal screen (laptops touchscreen)
is disabled it still accepts touch events.

EXPECTED RESULT
I think if a monitor is disabled, it shouldn't accept touch events.
