Bug ID: 456961 Summary: No icon for Fortran source code Product: Breeze Version: 5.25.3 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: Icons Assignee: visual-des...@kde.org Reporter: henryli...@gmail.com CC: kain...@gmail.com, m...@nueljl.in Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 150780 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=150780&action=edit Fortran Icon SUMMARY At the moment Fortran source code files do not have an icon and show the generic text file icon. I have designed a proposal file icon (see attached) that could potentially be used. The 'F' in the logo is taken from https://fortran-lang.org/ The licence for their logo seems to be MIT though their is some discussion about moving it to CC-BY-NC-SA ( https://github.com/fortran-lang/fortran-lang.org/issues/342 ) STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a Fortran Source code file (.f or .f90) OBSERVED RESULT File icon is "text-x-generic" and not a Fortran Icon SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS OpenSuse Tumbleweed Linux - Kernel 5.18.4-1 KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.96.0 Qt Version: 5.15.5 (on X11) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
