SUMMARY
Firefox permission popups (e.g. to install an extension) cannot be clicked with
touch. Mouse works.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run "MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 firefox"
2. Try to install an extension
OBSERVED RESULT
Permission popup opens but it is impossible to touch click it. It seems that
the popup doesn't receive the focus and the touch click is executed on the
underlying website instead.
EXPECTED RESULT
Permission popup accepts the touch click (as it does for mouse click).
